In this advanced level exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a full body workout using optional weights and resistance bands for added strength training. This workout is a “No Squats, No Lunges and No Floor Work” exercise which may be easier for those with knee, back or hip limitations etc.

This full body routine will utilize movements in both the standing and seated position to work your upper, lower and core muscles. This is an advanced exercise so be sure to preview the workout in full before attempting if you are unsure of your fitness level. Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort.

Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
