In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow, gentle morning mobility routine designed to help “wake up” your body when you are ready to start your day.

This is part of our “5 Minute” series which is designed to give you a quick workout/exercise if you are short on time or are looking to supplement in with your other workouts. This is a beginner level routine which can be performed by all levels of fitness. This workout can also be modified to the seated position as well if that is easier for you.

Be sure to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Always keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
