In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an intermediate level, flat abs HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout focusing on building strength and toning your core and abs muscles.
This is both a seated and standing workout using periods of “rest” and “work” which help maximize your cardio conditioning in addition to toning your muscles. This is an intermediate level routine so remember to preview the workout in full before attempting to complete it.
Be sure to only do movements that you fee comfortable with and that don’t cause you any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
