Knee health and strength are important determining factors of your overall health. Your knees are essential to your independent mobility and help to make sure you can navigate the physical landscape of the world you live in. In this exercise Meredith is guiding you through an intermediate level routine focusing on building up strength in your knees as well as relieving pain caused from things like osteoarthritis or normal wear and tear during aging.

This is a seated and standing workout which you can also use an optional circle resistance band for added resistance. Since this is an intermediate level routine we recommend you preview the workout in full if you are unsure of your fitness level. Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.
