In this quick five minute exercise, Meredith is guiding you through a full body workout using light weight dumbbells for added resistance and strength training.

This workout is part of our “5 Minute” series which gives a you an effective workout in a short period of time. Perfect for busy days or when it seems that there is never enough time in the day to exercise. This routine is using light weight dumbbells to add strength training and can easily be done anywhere in your home with a little bit of space around you.

This is an intermediate level workout so be sure to preview it in full if you are unsure of your fitness level. Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and always keep your water close by.
