The kettlebell is a great tool for adding strength training and balance training to your weekly exercises. It’s dynamic response to you body’s movements help add flexibility and stability with each repetition. In this video, Meredith is using a light weight kettlebell as you don’t have to use a heavy weight to benefit from this routine.

Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with since this is an intermediate level routine. Take breaks when you need to and always keep your water close by.
