This is a quick and focused routine utilizing the effectiveness of Pilates movements which help build strength and tone muscles. This routine also focuses on strengthening your core muscles as well to round out the workout. This seated exercise is great for those who may have physical limitations or who prefer the seated position when exercising.

This is an intermediate level exercise so be sure to preview this video in full first if you are unsure of your fitness level. Only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep you water close by and take breaks when you need to.
