This month’s workout is a full body resistance bands workout, bringing awareness to our overall health and wellness.

We will begin with a short standing warm-up, then sit to start with the upper and lower body bands. We’ll then transition to standing to continue our bands work.

To finish our class, We’ll transition back to seated for a welcomed stretch.

To join us, you will need your chair, resistance bands(long and circle) and your water.
Remember all can be modified to seated and just using your range of motion if you don’t have bands.
