In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a “Full Body Blast”, standing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout using optional wrist weights for added resistance.

Our “Full Body Blast” workouts are meant to super charge your strength training and cardiovascular system together in one energetic routine. HIIT exercises are great to perform in these types of exercises because they emphasize healthy results in a short periods of “working” and “resting” as timed intervals.

This is an intermediate level routine so be sure to preview this video in full if you are unsure of your current fitness level. Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
