For this video, Meredith is working you through core and abs strengthening movements from the seated position which is great for all levels of fitness.  There is also some effective stretching movements at the end of the core workout to keep you flexible and relaxed.

Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.
