Senior Fitness “Mountain Cardio Workout” with Seated and Core Exercises | Livestream Class

This month’s workout will be a Mountain Cardio and seated core workout.

Mountain cardio encompasses a set of movements that count as “going up” the mountain. At the end of that set of movements, you will repeat them in reverse which counts as going back down the mountain.

This workout is also a timed exercise with interval periods of rest and work (40 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest)

We will start with a standing cardio routine which we do some moves, and repeat again. We’ll then sit and do our abdominal and core exercises and end with a great stretch! To participate, you will need a chair and your water.

Remember all can be modified to seated.
