Dancing is a great form of exercise whether seated or standing. Movement through dance actually burns a lot of calories more so than just walking. It can be a full body workout and so much fun at the same time! This workout is focused more towards an “intermediate level” when standing but as mentioned, you can modify these movements to seated as well for those who prefer seated exercises.
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
