In this exercise video, Meredith is guiding you through an all seated, low impact cardio workout routine perfect for beginners or all levels of fitness.

Seated cardio exercises are perfect for anyone who may have limited mobility or issues with knees, hips etc. Exercising in the seated position is an effective way to get your heart rate up and still move safely to avoid injury or pressure in sensitive areas. For this routine, we are using a timer which signifies interval periods of “work” and periods of “rest”.

Seated low impact cardio workouts are a FUN way to exercise and are still very beneficial to your whole body!

While exercising, remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Also remember to take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.
