In this five minute seated exercise Meredith is guiding you through a full body workout using a simple playground ball for added resistance.
Using a playground airball as a resistance tool is a great way to build strength and stability safely and securely. Doing so in the seated position is also great for those who may have limitations in mobility and stability as well. This beginner level routine will work your whole body including upper, lower and core in just 5 minutes.
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
