5 Minute Seated Abs For Seniors And Beginners


In this exercise video Meredith will be guiding you through an easy to follow seated abs/core routine perfect for beginners and anyone looking to get a quick ab workout in as a start or finish.

Core and ab routines are great for mixing into any workouts. Building up your core strength is important because we use our cores in everyday activities sometimes without even knowing it. Keeping our core strong compliments the rest of our body to work in conjunction for stabilization, strength and endurance.

In this routine, Meredith is using a chair for a seated routine that you can do in the comfort of your own home. Using a chair takes the strain off of your back and helps you focus on just the area/muscles you are working on.

Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and never force anything that causes you pain or discomfort. Remember to keep your water close by and have a great workout!
