Pain from sciatica can be a burden for some and can often sideline an active lifestyle. This can have lasting affects on motivation and emotional stress. Luckily there is something that can help relieve this pain via regular gentle stretching. This exercise is part of our 5 minute series designed to give you a safe and effective workout in a short period of time for those with busy schedules.

This is a beginner level routine which is suitable for all levels of fitness. Be sure to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
