In this five minute series video, Meredith is guiding you through a full body seated workout using resistance bands for added strength training.
Resistance bands are an excellent piece of workout equipment to have because they are easy to use, affordable and you can work on many muscle groups with just one band. They are a great alternative to using free weights as they are much gentler and safer to use.
This particular exercise is a full body routine that you can do in 5 minutes. You will be working both your upper and lower body as well as some movements to help strengthen your core. Remember to only do moves that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and always keep your water close by.
