This video is part of our “5 Minute” series which focuses on effective workouts that can be done in a short amount of time or … 5 minutes. This particular video focuses on your core and ab strength executed in the safe and secure seated position. Using a light weight optional dumbbell also adds a level of resistance to further challenge your core. This is a beginner level routine so it should be suitable for all levels of fitness but be sure to preview it in full if you are unsure of your fitness level.
Only do moves that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Remember to take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.
