In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow low impact cardio walking routine with additional cardio movements to help build your cardiovascular system, balance and mobility.
Low impact cardio walking is a safe and easy way to help build up heart strength that helps with everyday activities like walking around the grocery store, going up and down stairs and even getting in and out of a car. In this routine you’ll be following along performing different movements that help promote mobility, flexibility and endurance. This is an intermediate level workout so be sure to preview it in full if you are unsure of your fitness level.
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.
