30 Minute Cardio Walking Workout With Seated Abs | Beginner/Intermediate Level


In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow 30 minute walking cardio routine followed by seated abs/core exercise to end.

Walking at home cardio routines are great for burning fat and improving your cardiovascular system. They can be done just about anywhere and can be shorter in length or as long as you are comfortable with. We love doing low impact cardio walking exercises because they are easy to follow and you don’t need any equipment!

In this workout you’ll be following along with Meredith as she works both your upper and lower body by using simple cardio movements and continuous motion. You’ll then finish up with a seated core and abs routine designed to strengthen and tone those muscles that are so important for stability and balance.

Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and never force anything that causes you pain or discomfort. Take water breaks when you need to and have a great workout!
