30 MIN Seated HIIT Workout For Seniors | No Equipment | Intermediate Level


In this exercise video Meredith will be guiding you through a refreshing 30 min all seated HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout using no equipment, just your motivation!

HIIT workouts are a great way to get your heart rate up all while adding flexibility and strength to you workout routines. Short bursts of “on” and “off” work regulates your heart rate so that you benefit from the fluctuation in these patterns. It’s this fluctuation that creates a stronger heart!

For this workout, Meredith is completely seated using only a timer and some very creative and challenging moves to get you energized! Remember this is an intermediate workout so only do movements that work best for you and that don’t cause discomfort or pain. You can always modify these movement to your comfort level as well and still benefit from the range of motion.

Remember to keep your water close by and have a great workout!
