In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an all standing, low impact cardio routine in a HIIT style (High Intensity Interval Training) fashion followed by a seated abs and core strengthening routine.

Low impact cardio workouts are a great way to build up your cardiovascular system in a safe and effective manner. The movements in this exercise are easy to follow and can be done anywhere in your home. The movements are designed for your full body and can be modified to seated if you prefer seated routines.

Be sure to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.
