25 Min Lower Body And Core/Abs Seated Workout For Seniors And Beginners Using Resistance Bands


In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow, seated lower body strengthening routine using resistance bands.

Resistance bands are a great way to add strength training to any routine. They are easy to use and come in many different “weights” that fit all fitness levels. For this workout, Meredith is focusing on your lower body and core areas. This is an all seated routine which is perfect for anyone just starting out or with any issues with standing while exercising.

As always, only do movements that you feel comfortable with and never force anything that causes you pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and don’t forget to keep your water close by:)
