In this exercise video, Meredith is guiding you through a full body seated HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) routine using light dumbbells for resistance which can also be modified to standing.

HIIT exercises are great way to work your cardiovascular system and build strength at the same time. For this routine we are using light dumbbells for added resistance and primarily focused on exercising in the seated position. However, Meredith will also show standing options for this workout for an added challenge. This is a timed “interval” workout with 30 seconds of “work” and 10 seconds of rest in between.

Make sure to preview this workout before hand and only do movements that you are comfortable with. Never force anything that causes you pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
