In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a Barre & Pilates inspired workout.
Barre combined with Pilates inspired movements are a great way to add strength and flexibility to your daily routine. Movements using only your body weight help tone areas in your body that may not necessarily be used on a regular basis.
This is an all standing intermediate level routine and will help challenge your balance, range of motion and strength. Be sure to preview this workout first if you are unsure of your fitness level. Also be sure to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Remember to take breaks when you need to and have a great workout!
