In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a full body standing workout using resistance bands for strengthening and toning.

Resistance bands are some of our favorite types of exercise equipment. They are safe to use and provide a great alternative to those who prefer not to lift traditional weights. Bands offer a great way to build strength in a safe manner and can be adjusted for different resistance settings according to your fitness level.

For this exercise, we will be in the standing position working both your upper body and lower body. This is an intermediate level workout so please be sure to preview the full workout before attempting to complete. Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and never force anything that causes pain or discomfort. Take water breaks when you need to and have a great workout!
