In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a 15 minute glutes workout (lower body) using a circle resistance band.

Lower body exercises are key to building strength for balance and movement through your day. Having this kind of stability will help you stay independent well into your later years.

This workout uses a circle resistance band but you can also use a regular band and tie it into a circle. This is an intermediate level routine so make sure to preview this workout before beginning.

Remember to only do movements that you feel comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
