In this exercise video Meredith guides you through a relaxing and effective stretching workout designed to do in bed or lying down.

Exercising in a laying down position can be very beneficial for most active people. By doing so you are able to stretch and work various areas of your body that may not have the same attention during a regular workout. Plus it is low impact, low pressure and supported.

In this video, you’ll be going through series of full body stretching and also some important core/abs work as well. Rounding out all of these body movements will give you a great full body workout.

As always only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause you any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and have a great workout!
