In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a brisk 10 Minute low impact cardio “Power Walk” which is part of our “Everyday Routine” series. This workout is designed to give you a great cardio pump which benefits your heart health and over cardiovascular system.

Our “Everyday Routine” series workouts are also designed so that it is safe to do them on a daily basis without overworking your muscles and stamina. This is an intermediate level routine so be sure to preview it in full if you are unsure of your level of fitness.

Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and always keep your water close by.
